Please make check payable to Kenosha Hawks Fastpitch Club.  Please mail check and registration form to Matt Troha, 4242 95th Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. VENMO may be used for a 3% fee for a total of $489 to Kenosha Hawks Fastpitch.

ALL tournament participants must have a completed and signed tournament Waiver Agreement.

Team paperwork required for participation will be sent via e-mail, which each team shall provide a roster, insurance certificate, and team waivers.

Inclement Weather Refund: 0 Games refund minus $50.00 administrative fee, 1 game played $300 refunded, 2 games $150 refunded, 3 games or more No Refund
